Dr. Doleys is the director of The Doleys Clinic/Pain and Rehabilitation Institute in Birmingham, Alabama (est. 1979). He obtained a Bachelor's and Master's Degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University, a Ph.D. in Psychology from the University of Miami in Florida, and completed a two-year clinical postdoctoral fellowship at the University of Georgia. Prior to starting in private practice he was an Associate Professor of Psychology in the School of Medicine at the University of Alabama, Birmingham
