When are my credits reported?

Dannemiller directly reports earned credits, at the beginning of each month, to either the AANA or the ABA if you have granted Dannemiller your permission by providing your reporting body and your ABA/AANA reporting number. For example, credits earned in January are reported at the beginning of February. All credits should appear with your accrediting body no later than the fifth business day of the month. If you require credits reported to another agency, you must self-report directly to that agency.

If you need credits reported to AANA or the ABA more immediately, Early Reporting is available. To request Early Reporting, you must call 1-800-328-2308 Monday-Friday 8:00 AM-4:30 PM CT. At that time, your credits will be verified, and credit card information obtained; credits will then be reported within 2 business days. The fee for Early Reporting is $40

Where can I find Dannemiller’s accreditation information?

Accreditation varies per activity. Please refer to each activity’s accreditation page.

For your publication subscriptions (AnesthesiaFile/PainFile) it will be in your subscription’s activity page.

For enduring activities, it will be on each activity’s “Accreditation” tab.

How do I obtain a copy of my receipt?

While logged into your Dannemiller account. 
1. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
2. Select the “My Orders” tab.

3. Selecting “View Receipt” will open a PDF receipt that you can either print or save.

How do I update my profile?

While logged into your Dannemiller account. 
1. Click on your name in the top right-hand corner of the screen
2. Select the “Account Overview” tab

3. Select “Profile” which is located below “Welcome” near the top center of the page.

4. Once you enter your information* click the “Update Profile” button located at the bottom to save your changes.
*Remember to include your AANA or ABA number if you would like credits reported to either organization.

How can I obtain a copy of my transcript?

You can easily find a digital copy in the “Transcript” page while logged into your account.

In what time zone does the Dannemiller website run?

Dannemiller registers all certificates, product release dates, and expiration dates, in the Central Time Zone.

I need to make sure I complete my credits by a certain date, how do I ensure it shows the correct time?

Please make sure that your time correlates to the Central Time Zone. For example 12:34 AM ET would be 11:34 PM CT the previous day, or 10:01 PM PT would be 12:01 AM CT the following day.

When the expiration date displays 12/31, what is the exact time the activity expires?

The activity/product will expire at 11:59:59 PM CT on 12/31.

When the release date displays 1/1, what is the exact time the activity activates?

The activity/product will release at 12:00:01 AM CT on 1/1.

If I do not live in the Central Time Zone, how do I ensure my certificates show credits are earned on a specific day?

Make sure that you earn each credit between the hours of 12:00:01 AM and 11:59:59 PM CT on that specific day.

When should the Save Progress feature be used?

The Save Progress feature will save your post-test or evaluation progress if you are unable to complete it during a single session. The Save Progress feature is not intended or necessary to be used as you move through an activity; answers will remain selected unless the screen is refreshed, or the browser is closed.  PLEASE BE AWARE the Save Progress feature is the only means by which your answers can be saved should you need to end a session before completing an activity for credit.  For instructions on how to use this feature, please refer to the FAQ, “What do I do if I am unable to complete an activity in a single session?”

What do I do if I am unable to complete an activity in a single session?

  1. Click the “Save Progress” button while in the process of completing a post-test or evaluation.

  1. The screen will automatically navigate back to the Activity | Dannemiller screen and display the notification of answers saved successfully.

  1. You can now log out of the account.
  2. To continue where you left off, navigate back to the activity, and click on the “Resume Post-Test” button.

This will then return you to where you left off (resume your progress) which in this case was after the first answered question, (one answered question at 7% progress). You can then continue answering questions (submit your answers) or click the “Save progress” button again at any point if partially completing the post-test (answer) and save for later, or continue on to fully complete the test and submit your answers.

How do I enable closed captioning/subtitles?

If CC/Subtitles are available for the video, there will be a button near the sound bar icon. To enable subtitles, click on the "CC" button on the video player and select your preferred language (English or Español). For further customization, the font size and color may be tailored to fit your preferences.

Can I search for terms in a video?

If a Transcript is available for the video, click on the button to the right of the “CC” button on the video player (magnifying glass over document icon) and a transcript of the video will appear to the right of the video. The transcript search feature will be displayed at the top of the transcript. This powerful tool makes it easier than ever to find the information you need quickly and efficiently: simply enter a keyword or phrase and instantly access all relevant information.

  1. The transcript of the video will appear to the right of the video. Type in keywords and the tool will organize and highlight if the search term is found. As seen in the second screenshot, “A1C” is the search term with 30 results.

Help!! I cannot get into my account and/or I am getting an error message that I do not understand!! What do I do?

Sometimes all that is required is for you to refresh your screen (Function Key F5, Ctrl/Shift/R, or Cmnd/R).  If refreshing your screen does not help, please contact Dannemiller at 1-800-328-2308 weekdays from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM CT or submit a "Contact Us" form which includes your user email address and phone number.
