Ms. Bolen is a nationally recognized expert with more than 32 years of cumulative experience and training as an attorney, trial consultant, and regulatory compliance expert in pain management and clinical drug testing laboratories (toxicology). She is a former federal prosecutor (AUSA). She consults with independent clinical laboratories and physician office laboratories, and guides them on business strategies, compliance programs, and documentation relating to test orders, test utilization, appropriate relationships with specimen referral sources, and other regulatory and sub-regulatory aspects of coverage and reimbursement for laboratory services.
