Dr. Alexa Lean is an Anesthesia and Pain Management Professor at the University of California, Irvine. She completed her medical doctorate at George Washington University School of Medicine and an Anesthesia Residency at the University of Washington, where she was honored as a Bonica Scholar. Dr. Lean further specialized in chronic pain management with a fellowship at the University of California, Los Angeles. Her clinical expertise spans advanced pain management techniques, expanding indications for the utilization of neuromodulation with spinal cord and peripheral nerve stimulation. She is deeply committed to resident and fellow education, fostering the next generation of pain management specialists.
